The procedure for applying for a permit will be totally handled from our office. Full personal details of applicants together with photocopies of the passport will be required as well as:

• Income / Asset Certification
A Certificate for the applicant’s accountant or banker confirming that applicant:

(a) earns the annual income specified and / or

(b) has a capital of Lm 150,000 and

(c) is able to import into Malta a minimum income of Lm 6,000.

• Three Recent Photographs

• Police Good Conduct Certificate:
A Conduct Certificate from the Police authorities nearest to the applicant’s current place of residence. If such a certificate is not issued in that particular country, then three character references will be required instead, preferably from a Banker, Lawyer, Mayor or from a General Practitioner.

• Birth Certificate

• Confirmation of Civil Status

• Affidavit for Maltese Authorities (emailed on request)
